Colleen E. Cunningham brings integrity, energy, and creative service to every real estate transaction, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for her clients.

Born in Lima, Peru, Colleen grew up in Seattle and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1981. She pursued Jazz Vocal studies at the prestigious Seattle Cornish Institute of Allied Arts, launching a successful music career as a band leader and professional vocalist. After a decade of performing and traveling, Colleen relocated to Montana, where she embraced new opportunities, married, and raised her son.

During her 27 years in Montana, Colleen developed versatile skills across various industries. Her roles included restaurant manager, food service worker, dog groomer, group home caregiver for individuals with developmental disabilities, and owner of an organizational consulting business. Driven by a desire to serve others, Colleen earned her Nurse Assistant Certification (CNA) and provided compassionate care in long-term and in-home settings through her business, Cunningham CNA Services. Her approach prioritized personalized care, focusing on the unique needs of each individual.

Colleen’s rich experiences have honed her adaptability, motivation, and enthusiasm for helping others. Her love for the Pacific Northwest ultimately inspired her return to Washington State, where she now focuses on her real estate career with HomeSmart Real Estate Associates.
